The house sale closed today - so it seems like a good time to start the Ridiculust house blog. Whoo hoo!
Thanks to all our friends at Offspring, Monkey House and A.N.D. for paving the way and demonstrating what great things can come from co-housing. We look forward to continuing to learn and grow with you.
Also, a particularly big thanks to Leo Dirac for introducing us to Washington Federal Savings - they were super accommodating with the co-housing purchase, very responsive and able to process the mortgage quickly. (I also like that they don't resell their loans).
House walk through with the builder tomorrow. Take possession Sunday night and movers come to get my stuff out of storage on Monday.
